Returns Policy

We at GIRLS GALLERY hope you love our products just as much as we do! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the exchange only and no cash back returns.

If you are not a hundred percent satisfied with your product for whatsoever reason, simply trace back to your order and choose the return option. This must be done within two days of receiving the order.

We offers a simple 2 days exchange request policy to our customers. The customer can raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place.Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Following product categories fall under "No Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

Eligibility For Successful Return Pick-Up -

The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging.

Upon examination, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips.

Store Credits -
While placing an order for redemption of your Store Credits or Wallet Points, please know that the credit is available for clothing only.
